This is a unique opportunity for you to be part of the Ambu sourcing process in an exciting role as Procurement Associate. We are looking for a new colleague to join us on the journey of growing and improving Corporate Procurement.

You will be a member of the Corporate Procurement team, which comprises elleven experienced and dedicated colleagues with a broad background within procurement. You will report directly to the Vice President of Corporate Procurement and you will work out of our headquarters in Ballerup.

You will be a member of the Corporate Procurement team, which comprises elleven experienced and dedicated colleagues with a broad background within procurement. You will report directly to the Vice President of Corporate Procurement and you will work out of our headquarters in Ballerup.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Corporate Indirect Spend Procurement team with procurement tasks including securing proper and timely supplier documentation, supplier approvals/renewals, regulatory declarations, sourcing, RFQ support, category strategy development and execution
- Process improvement (processes, tools, systems, IT etc.)
- Acts as a strategic partner for the business and ensure high professional standards
- Perform other duties as may be assigned
Strong background and experience from a strategic procurement function
- At least 2 years relevant work experience from a similar position
- Proactive self-starter with an ability of managing, executing and successfully delivering on several assignments simultaneously
- Analytical, structured, process oriented and sense for the detail
- Strong in IT-systems (ERP, Contract Management, PLM, BI, Microsoft Office)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
- High drive, motivation and accountability
- Relevant education and fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
