Overall, you will be responsible of the team shared mailbox. You will be able to manage and shape your daily tasks independently. Thus, you will be given a clear area of responsibility which will depend to a certain extent on your experience, personality and educational background. There will be routine tasks, and opportunities to be involved in different tasks across the team.

There will be routine tasks, and opportunities to be involved in different tasks across the team.
Your area of responsibility will include tasks such as:
- Contract support to buyers;
- Creation of contracts in SAP;
- Maintain and update contracts in SAP;
- Maintain open orders, update delivery dates, prices etc.;
- Correspondence with vendors;
- Close collaboration with buyers;
- Inform the requisitioner of any changes in delivery date, changes to material etc.;
- Check if order acknowledgements correspond to the placed Pos;
- Ad hoc tasks.
