Summary:
We are looking to strengthen our Europe-branded team with a highly skilled and motivated Senior Brand Manager. The role is part of the Global Brands team with responsibility for 2 brands: namely Signature and Panter. As a part of the role, you will be accountable for the global brand P&L from positioning to execution on the market and collaborating with the international and local teams to achieve ambitious KPIs. You will be joining a global and diverse team in our office in Gentofte, Copenhagen.

Summary:

You will be joining a global and diverse team in our office in Gentofte, Copenhagen.
What can you expect as a Senior Brand Manager at STG (Signature & Panter)?
BRAND STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT
- Senior stakeholder management to deploy the brand consistently across the globe.
- Driving brand creation process including:
- Identifying & validating key consumer target groups;
- Initiating & driving consumer research;
- Development of brand positioning;
- Focus on creating value proposition;
- Development of messaging strategy;
- Leading the development and implementation of the Commercial Plan for the assigned brand, based on consumer & customer insight as well as category performance.
- Developing brand toolkit for local execution.
- Setting brand performance KPIs and tracking performance/results.
- Managing creative and strategic agencies .
PLANNING & EXECUTION
- Planning and execution of all brand communication considering omnichannel approach.
INNOVATION & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
- Identify new business opportunities and lead new product launches.
- Ensuring healthy & relevant long term innovation pipeline for our brands.
- Focusing on profitable growth opportunities, ensuring driving volumes & market share.
PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT
- Build a performance-driven culture. Support team on talent and capability development, fully embracing inclusion and diversity.
BRAND PROFITABILITY
- Being accountable for the brand(s) P&L to deliver top-line growth, and profitability while managing COGS with the Innovation Team and the Senior Portfolio Manager.
- Deliver brand revenue targets within the allocated brand budget.
KEY STAKEHOLDERS:
- Brand Marketing (predominantly Brand Director as the direct reporter), VP Marketing, Country Directors;
- Commercial Excellence including pricing;
- Brand Activation managers in the End Market;
- R&D Team;
- Strategy and Insights team;
Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):
- 8+ years of experience as a brand marketing professional from FMCG background with a strong demonstrable track record showcasing a blend of commercial and creative skills.
- Strong Team Management and Leadership experience.
- Depth of experience in gathering data, insights, and analytics from multiple platforms and sources.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- A collaborative approach – combined with a natural authority and ability to make decisions with both internal and external partners.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a dynamic, cross-functional & international team.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office.
- Expertise in branding, brand building, and brand deployment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Expertise in omnichannel brand building and ability to set up clear direction for success.
- Consumer insight-led thinking to drive research to translate into insights and business proposals.
- Please bear in mind we advertised this role in different locations, but the successful candidate will need to move to Copenhagen.
