We are seeking two students to join our team and work with colleagues across departments and external stakeholders. Your primary role will be to support the implementation of a new system for third-party risk and ESG assessment. We’re looking for someone who understands systems and processes, enjoys working with data, and is enthusiastic about sustainability. As part of our Sustainable Procurement and Premises team, you will contribute to developing tools and processes that enhance transparency and sustainability in our supply chain, ensure the quality of environmental data, and support workplace services projects across the organisation. You will report to the Head of Sustainable Procurement and Premises and work from ’s office in Lyngby, Denmark.
Your main tasks will be:
You will work 15-20 hours per week with flexible hours during exams and busy study periods. This is your chance to make an impact in our supply chain while building your professional skills.

- Lead the onboarding, follow-up, and analysis of suppliers regarding risk and ESG assessments.
- Develop reports to share progress with stakeholders, showcasing status, progress, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal vendor managers to develop corrective action plans.
- Incorporate ESG factors into procurement processes and assist with implementing an ESG data collection tool, along with developing ESG data collection and control tasks.
- Provide support for ad hoc projects related to sustainable workplace services, allowing for hands-on experience across diverse tasks.
