A Quality Assurance Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of products or software systems before they are released to our customers. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to identify defects and improve overall product quality. In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and customer support to ensure that the product always meets quality standards and customer expectations. The position is on-site at our factory in Grenaa, and both our team and customers are international.

In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and customer support to ensure that the product always meets quality standards and customer expectations. Your responsibilities will cover:
- Quality Assurance activities such as reviews and preparation of quality plans, quality data reporting and evaluation, being a part of the program core group, conducting internal audits etc.
- Being point of contact for the internals and externals for a chosen program
- Defect Management meaning the processing and evaluation of non-conformances, including verification on data to initiate corrective actions with a cross functional team
- Driving continuous improvement and identify opportunities for “cost of poor quality”, on time delivery and customer satisfaction
