We are looking for an ambitious Student Assistant, who wants to help align strategy and execution for a portfolio of digital products & services. This requires you to think both from a strategic, tactical, and operational level to ensure that we always move forward in providing business value to DSV. At the same time, you will get valuable and practical hands-on experiences that will provide you with a strong foundation for your career.

Join Portfolio Management in Data Strategy & Governance
We are looking for an ambitious Student Assistant, who wants to help align strategy and execution for a portfolio of digital products & services. This requires you to think both from a strategic, tactical, and operational level to ensure that we always move forward in providing business value to DSV. At the same time, you will get valuable and practical hands-on experiences that will provide you with a strong foundation for your career.
Your most important tasks
- Support the governance, documentation, and tasks in Portfolio Management
- Assist with gathering and updating statuses, roadmaps, reports, documents, and escalations within the portfolio
- Assist with analysis of products & services in the portfolio, for example through NPS surveys
- Work on improving and creating common ways of working, methods, processes, and governance for products & services in the portfolio
- Manage the portfolio’s SharePoint site
- Organize team meetings such as our portfolio meetings, workshops, training sessions, and kick-offs
- Be ready to catch and solve ad-hoc tasks within the department
You should expect to be working with both recurring and new tasks.
What we expect from you:
- Are currently studying a relevant degree, with at least 2 years of studies remaining
- Can work 2-3 days a week (15-20 hours per week). We understand the importance of creating a healthy balance between your job and your studies, for example during the exam period.
- Have an interest in agile ways of working and portfolio management
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Experience with or interest in working with various IT tools such as SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and Power BI.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, preferably also in a Scandinavian language
- You are outgoing, proactive, and self-driven since part of your job is to follow up with teams on status, reporting, and documentation
- Structured, organized, and with an analytical mindset
- Not afraid of taking initiative and ownership
- Know how to work both in a team and independently
