At Interacoustics we make products for identification and diagnoses of hearing impaired people of all ages, all over the World. To succeed in doing this we constantly work on optimizing our solutions – this always with the purpose to improve the life quality of the patients.
For our ABR/OAE product management team at our headquarter in Middelfart, DK we are searching for a new Clinical Product Manager. Together with the rest of the team you will have the responsibility to secure future success for our ABR/OAE products in the global market, in which we operate.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Provide suggestions for future products and participate in product development. Coordination with R&D (hardware and software) during the entire product lifecycle from idea generation through development to maintenance. Ensure that our products are ready for market when approaching product launch. Preparation of internal and external documentation – manuals, technical specifications, product item configurations etc. Clinical support to Technical Support department. Product training at customer visits and seminars around the World. Build-up and maintain knowledge of clinical and technical possibilities in relation to end user needs.
Qualifications
We expect you to hold a masters degree within audiology and preferably you have some years of experience from a clinic. However, most importantly you have a curious mindset when it comes to audiology. At the same time you are detail oriented with the ability to finalize both minor and major projects.
At Interacoustics, Product Management work with various short term and long-term projects of different complexity. Therefore working in a structured and organized way combined with the capability to meet given deadlines will definitely be beneficial.
Since Product Management is very often in the center of cross-organizational coordination it is required that you are a communicative team player with a positive attitude, which is reflected when you are communicating with colleagues around the organization.
As Interacoustics is operating in all parts of the World fluency in English (written and spoken) is a prerequisite. The position includes 30-40 travel days per year.
