Manager Product Enablement, Product Data Exchange – play an essential role in growing our business

The goal of our solution is to: Support effective product content creation for syndication; help retailers and vendors work together to produce the best experience for consumers
Your role will enable our internal regional Product Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, and our Partner Success organizations so that they understand the solution and can sell, implement and support it.
As Product Enablement, you will be responsible for developing material and processes to communicate new features and capacities of the PDX product to these internal groups and supporting those groups in understanding the product to help them accomplish their goals. You’ll do so by working closely with various internal and external teams to:

We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator and can manage relationships at all levels of the organization. In this job, your ability to work with multiple teams and multiple projects will be key to your success. This role requires a deep understanding of the products features and capabilities as well as the business context of those features as they apply to marketing, sales, and Implementation.

- Support for the development of materials and processes by those organizations to support their functions
- Assist in the development of effective sales demonstrations by Sales Engineering
- Effective responses to requests for proposals from Sales Engineering
- Assist in the development of sales enablement material by the Product Marketing group
- Implementation templates Professional Services and Partner Success
- Assist in the development of Release materials and Documentation or Training
- Support Professional services in PDX implementations
Work your skills to create an echo system of connections
We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator and can manage relationships at all levels of the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the products features and capabilities as well as the business context of those features as they apply to marketing, sales, and Implementation.
You should be able to demonstrate:
- Deep knowledge of the syndication industry, to understand complicated features in context
- Ability to move effortlessly between communicating about specific functional capacities and broad business value
- Understanding of the organizational context for the sale and delivery of our solution
- Very good and audience-aware communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
