We have an exciting position to offer with a great variety of tasks. As a (Senior) Sourcing Professional, you will be responsible for: Planning and execution of sourcing events in collaboration with the project organisation and/or with the central procurement functions in HQ Drive the sourcing process and execute negotiations with suppliers Doing market screening of potential suppliers Building and maintaining the Sourcing Pipeline Managing end-to-end sourcing and contracting activities and related actions. Ensure procurement compliance and contract management As our new (Senior) Sourcing Professional, you will, together with the rest of the team, drive the sourcing process for medium sourcing events and act as the link between LoB and central Category Managers. The categories in scope are broad, and you will thus collaborate with many interesting colleagues across the organisation both in Kalundborg, Bagsværd and Virum. Qualifications To excel in this role, we imagine you have the following qualifications: Academic background within Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or other relevant fields Some years of hands-on experience managing sourcing processes complimented by proven track record executing end-to-end procurement Experience with online sourcing tools (Coupa, ARIBA or any other similar/relevant tools) Fluency in both Danish and English It will be considered an advantage if you are familiar/have experience with indirect spend categories, involvement in construction-related projects, and background within GxP, pharmaceutical or related industries. On a personal level, you exhibit a "can-do" approach and maintain a results-oriented attitude. You enjoy being part of a global work environment while effectively communicating complex issues in an easily understandable manner. Direction setting and the management of multiple changes and priorities are well within your capabilities. You demonstrate the ability to work independently while also functioning as a team player, consistently aiming for strong business results. Self-driven and proficient at following through on agreements, you establish robust professional relationships both internally and externally. Proactive and possessing a solution-oriented mindset, you tackle tasks with effectiveness and efficiency.

We Support our PS API Investment Projects, that is responsible for some of the largest capacity expansion projects in the pharmaceutical sector. We are anchored in PS API Business Support and therefore has a broad area of responsibility and stakeholders in the organisation. We are responsible for indirect spend and for defining and driving the indirect procurement strategy. We contribute to a range of optimization projects and provide the insights that shape the way we will do things in the future.
