The position As an IT System Manager, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining IT systems used across API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) departments in Kalundborg.
Your responsibilities will include:
Systematically maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory frameworks.
Performing reviews and driving life cycle management to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
Running small projects to ensure that our cross-site IT systems meet production and external requirements.
Managing the expectations of customers, system owners, end-users, quality assurance personnel, and other key stakeholders.
Collaborating with vendors to ensure deliverables and services are by agreements.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, we expect that you: Have a bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Science, or a similar field.
Have +3 years of relevant experience in IT system administration or big interest in, and a desire to learn about managing IT systems.
Are curious about risk management, user access management, change and release management, archiving and retention, and periodic system evaluation.
Knowledge and experience with Aveva PI (previously OSIsoft PI), is a an advantage.
Knowledge and experience in the life science industry, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is considered an advantage.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken is a requirement.
As a person, you have a structured approach to challenges. You enjoy working with documentation and possess a quality mindset. You like to collaborate with stakeholders of different professions, and your communication and interpersonal skills are exceptional.
About the Department
You will be joining a team of 10 colleagues in the IT department, which is a part of Business Support IT & Future Operation. API IT is responsible for driving IT/OT security and compliance and production IT. We encourage professional sparring and best practice exchanges within our internal network of IT system managers and our central IT organization.
