Product Manager for cloud-based data center monitoring

Bring world-class software features to our customers
The Product Manager will be responsible for the end-user application and mobile app for our flagship product and must be passionate about building and launching great software.
You will join a fast-paced and collaborative team, working closely with engineers and customers to design, build, and deliver software that solves the biggest challenges faced by IT and facility managers. We release new SaaS features and iterative improvements continually so proactive communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is key. To do so, you will:
· Identify customer needs through customer interviews, industry events, and input from the sales teams
· Collaborate closely with the product owners to prioritize feature development
· Enable our internal sales team and global network of partners to bring this software to market
· Coordinate and execute product launches with global marketing teams
· Confidently represent the product organization internally and externally to articulate its positioning, value proposition, and connection to the overall company strategy
Travel the world working from Kolding, Boston or Andover
You will collaborate with colleagues across time zones and travel 20% of the time to visit customers and other Schneider Electric R&D locations, as well as participate in trade shows and other industry events. Ideally, you will be based in Kolding, Denmark, though applications for our Boston, MA and Andover, MA locations in the United States will also be considered.
Charismatic product manager with a background in software
You have the energy and charisma it takes to engage and inspire the people you work with. Moreover:
· You have 3+ years of product management/ownership experience within software and preferably some experience with cloud-based product management
· You have strong communications skills in English in both speech and writing and know how to mediate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
· It is an advantage if you have a degree in computer science, engineering or another technical field
· It is an advantage if you have experience with agile methods related to software development as well as data science and analytics
