Job Description
Danfoss Heating is looking for a strong candidate with a high drive and passion to fill an important position as Global Product Manager in Floor Heating Electric.
You will join a multicultural and dynamic environment, where you will have a global interface with customers, colleagues and external partners. You will be responsible for the development of the portfolio of our electrical floor heating business in line with customer needs. You have the global ownership of the entire product lifecycle.
In this position, you should utilize the opportunities that digital technologies and connectivity offer and ensure Danfoss/DEVI electrical heating is the preferred solution for smart buildings and Low-energy buildings. We have started the journey with connected product platform and therefore you truly have the opportunity to use and develop your knowledge of how WiFi and BMS will impact the future business. Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you have solid technical skills and strong commercial flair to transform our customers’ spoken and latent needs into product specifications.
We do not have the perfect recipe, but you probably hold a master’s degree in engineering and have a strong business understanding. Most importantly, we expect you have relevant work experience within electric heating applications, smart buildings, connected products, and that you work persistently to achieve your goals.
Key tasks and success criteria:
You need to possess a strong quality mind-set, the ability to motivate, inspire, and influence others and work across functions in an international environment. Since we work in a global company, it is a necessity that you master English both written and spoken, and you can expect around 30 travel days per year.

- Develop and secure implementation of clear and well-documented Products Road map and Products Category management
- Develop and promote business cases for new product development projects, Product Launches and Launch tracking
- Product lifecycle management
- Optimize Product Portfolio profitability
- Create unique value proposition for own product areas
- Product Documentation update
- Develop excellent relations with Sales, R&D, Operations, Quality and Pees
- Products trainings & technical seminars.
