Procurement is anchored as a Group function with direct reference to the CEO, working with strategic and operational procurement of both Direct, Indirect and Goods for Resale. We have an ambitious journey ahead of us in order to deliver on the Flügger strategy. We will realize our ambition by:
As Senior Procurement Partner in the Indirect & IT team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest and most important indirect spend categories, such as IT, Facility Management, property Rentals, MRO, and Marketing. All these categories need massive changes in sourcing strategy, e.g., project creating large opportunities for new and optimized solutions on for example new marketing approach, digital solutions, or online universe. Additionally, a large network of own stores, property rental with a very large area for optimization.
You will join the small team in Indirect & IT Procurement and report to Senior Procurement Partner & Manager of Indirect & IT, Rene Wernblad and work closely with the other colleagues in Procurement and stakeholders throughout the organization and across countries. As part of the indirect team, you will have wide responsibility areas and work empowered.

Strong collaboration and communication skills are central. We expect you to have a holistic and strategic outlook to secure solutions are optimized in an end-to-end perspective and you are a team player. Additionally, we expect you to have:

Take part in the journey
As Senior Procurement Partner in the Indirect & IT team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest and most important indirect spend categories, such as IT, Facility Management, property Rentals, MRO, and Marketing. All these categories need massive changes in sourcing strategy, e.g., project creating large opportunities for new and optimized solutions on for example new marketing approach, digital solutions, or online universe. You will join the small team in Indirect & IT Procurement and report to Senior Procurement Partner & Manager of Indirect & IT, Rene Wernblad and work closely with the other colleagues in Procurement and stakeholders throughout the organization and across countries. As part of the indirect team, you will have wide responsibility areas and work empowered.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Development of category sourcing strategies, cost optimization, risk mitigation and value creation
- Market investigations, price benchmark, commercial modelling, TCO analysis and cost break-down
- Tendering, negotiations
- Contracting & contract management
- Supplier performance management and relations management with key suppliers
- Participate in or drive various functional initiatives to develop Procurement and deliver on the Flügger strategy
Your Palette
For you to succeed you need a strong business acumen securing sustainable cost optimization and value creation and to have a strong result orientation. Strong collaboration and communication skills are central. We expect you to have a holistic and strategic outlook to secure solutions are optimized in an end-to-end perspective and you are a team player. Additionally, we expect you to have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with strategic procurement
- Extensive experience within Indirect procurement area
- Experience with category strategy development & optimization lever deployment
- Strong negotiation and Project management skills
- A Master’s Degree, in Business Administration, Legal, Economics, Engineering or the like
