We are looking for a Procurement Partner ready to share and grow
You will be part of a newly established Procurement area with colleagues in both Denmark and Poland. You will be based in Roskilde with reference to the procurement director. Here you will be part of a new Procurement Business Partnering team.
As it is a new team you and your colleagues will have great influence on how we design and structure a customer and service focused procurement partner role. We aim to strengthen facilitation of the procurement process and management of suppliers, spend and risk.
In BEC, procurement is not just procurement as BEC is a part of a regulated financial sector. For you, this means that you need to be able to manage multiple stakeholders, business, and compliance requirements.
You will facilitate the procurement process and coordinate the cooperation across BEC. Your focal point will be to assist the business with procurements, enabling and supporting the contract owner to perform their best.
Primary tasks and responsibilities
In the position as procurement partner, you will work closely with contract owners, contract managers, Legal & Compliance, Security, Architecture, Operations, vendors, and other stakeholders in BEC.

Preferably, you have an educational background at Master’s level Business or similar and preferably some years of experience from a similar position working with IT procurement.

- Secure best practices are observed in all procurements
- Overall responsible for the whole sourcing process including negotiation, compliance, contract & vendor management etc.
- Facilitate and drive the involvement of all stakeholders in the procurement process
- Document and maintain documentation of the procurement process

- Capable of coping with complexity, multiple stakeholders, and vendors
- Strong business understanding and knowledge and proportional analytical skills to structure and identify business needs
- Good negotiation skills
- Proficient in vendor management, compliance, and contracting matters
