For the company´s quality and control organization, we are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Manager with responsibility for the company´s quality policy.
Dynaudio is the leading producer of hand-crafted high-end loudspeakers created by impassioned music lovers for your living room, the professional studio and for your car.
Dynaudios mission is to create the best sound possible. This means to reproduce music and sound as close as possible to the natural experience.

Guardian of process setup in Operations.
Understanding and implementation of processes, in close cooperation with resources from our Chinese owner Goertek.
Establish and follow up on Quality KPIs in Operations.
Responsibility and decisions-making authority
Required competences/educational requirements
You have experience from a similar position.
Understanding of and experience with ISO 9001 and Automative Quality Management system – IATF 16949 standards.
You have a technical education inside electronics or mechanics. Or other relevant education.

About the job:
Functions, areas of responsibility and competence requirements
- Responsible for the company´s Quality Assurance
- You must have experience in leading technical staff of up to 8 quality employees
- Overall responsible for all quality steps from incoming inspection to outgoing inspection
- The basic skills of production quality
- Experience in using methods from the Six Sigma Catalogue, like FMEA, DMAIC, SPC, etc.
- Experience in process analysis and optimization – flow diagramming, failure flow analysis and similar
- You must have solid understanding of NPI, and work in close cooperation with Production, Technology and R&D
- You like to do the “walk the talk” with people – showing how things are done.

- Responsible for further development of the quality control
- Own staff – ensure that they have the right skills to meet the demands of tomorrow
- Decide on production start and stop
- Drive processes around Ship-stop decisions
- Hires and layoffs
Required competences/educational requirements
You have experience from a similar position.
Understanding of and experience with ISO 9001 and Automative Quality Management system – IATF 16949 standards.
You have a technical education inside electronics or mechanics. Or other relevant education.
Other applied professional and personal competences
- Must be open minded with strong communication skills
- Intercultural experience an advantage – reporting line to Chinese national company owned and managed by Goertek, so working knowledge of Chinese culture is a plus
- And a general desire to work in an international setting is a requirement
- English speaking and writing on high level
