The role
We are looking for an International Brand Manager with an ambitious mindset, an inspiring positive attitude and strong brand and creative capabilities to help us deliver life-changing hearing care and make Audika Group the global leader within hearing care.

Purpose of the team
You will join the Brand and Communications team that is responsible for managing our Audika Group brand and communications strategy. The team develops brand assets and ensures a consistent brand experience across customer touchpoints and markets. It’s the team’s responsibility to provide clear brand direction and guidelines for how to communicate and live the brand. Furthermore it is expected that the team works closely with the markets to support them with building strong brands locally.

Your responsibilities include

  • Drive and manage the global brand and communications strategy
  • Ensure a consistent brand experience across customer touchpoints and markets
  • Consult and support markets with building brand: 3 years plans, strategic initiatives etc.
  • Drive and manage the customer journey strategy and conduct ad-hoc consumer research
  • Drive and manage the creative process and aligne with local market needs
  • Ensure an agile and efficient content development set-up
  • Drive and manage strategic marketing projects

Profile

We expect you to have:

  • A relevant master’s degree
  • 5-10 years of experience from a strategic marketing role, strategic marketing consultant role or similar
  • Strong capabilities within branding, strategic planning, campaign development and project management
  • An International, commercial, and data-driven mindset
  • A creative mindset and strong experience within content development
  • A well-developed and mature leadership and project management toolbox
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Ideally you also have

  • experience from a global or an international marketing position
  • knowledge about building a retail brand and the elements to create great customer experience
