Join the Portfolio and Program Management team
We are looking for a Management Assistant to support the members of our management team, including our Senior Vice President of our Portfolio and Program Management team. In addition, you will be responsible for different administrative & special projects tasks within the Portfolio & Program Management team.

As our new colleague, you will join a team of highly dedicated colleagues, who support the Hearing Aid Group. We are located at the Demant HQ in Smørum close to Copenhagen. We are a great team characterized by high ambitions and a fun and informal atmosphere.
You will report to Senior Vice President, Portfolio & Program Management. We are responsible for a wide array of tasks pertaining to defining the future portfolio, customer and user journey, competitor insights, program execution and strategic partnerships.
You can look forward to filling a busy, exciting and rewarding position that includes the following tasks:
To succeed in the position
We are looking for a candidate who have several years of experience, a relevant educational background, e.g. bachelor’s degree combined with experience from a similar position.
As a person, you can initiate your own tasks and projects and you are always one step ahead in your planning. On top of that, you deliver high-quality work. You have a positive attitude, which enables you to handle multiple priorities at a time.
Moreover, you adjust well to shifting demands and you have a natural ability for being organized and structured. You have significant IT skills and are fluent in Danish and English – both in writing and orally. Finally, we value team spirit and expect you to try to ensure that execution is done seamlessly.

- You will be the glue between the Executive Management, the organisation, and our stakeholders in general.
- Manage calendars, including the executive’s annual recurrent schedule.
- Organize meetings and events, including logistics.
- Handle travel arrangements, including visa applications, completing expense reports etc.
- Prepare meeting materials.
- Facilitate projects, e.g. planning of decisions boards and market interactions, onboarding new colleagues, celebrations etc.
- Prepare communication to external and internal stakeholders.
- Support the completion of tasks related to the Senior Vice President of Portfolio & Program Management and the leadership team.
