The position
Are you motivated and eager to learn about- and contribute to, the development of a global procurement organization in a global pharmaceutical company? Then this student assistant position will be the right position for you. We are looking for an analytical strong and curious candidate, that can work 8-10 hours per week. You will be part of a strong team, where you will support global category managers and local procurement managers, by managing and developing a number of important tasks related to ALK's global strategic procurement initiatives.

Our global procurement function consists of 13 passionate colleagues in Europe and USA. We are striving to underpin balanced value creation in order to support the goals and strategy of ALK. The position is located at the ALK headquarter in Hørsholm.

The position

Fields of responsibility
- Super-User in ALK’s Quality training system, related to Global Procurements compliance to ALK's Quality Management System
- Super-User on ALK’s contract management system
- Ensure proper data quality, analytics and reports from Global Procurements Business Intelligence and procurement systems
- Design and issuing data reports and KPI's
- Ad hoc sourcing and procurement tasks related to mainly site Hørsholm
Your qualifications
- You need to be a student from a commercial-, technical or other higher education in Denmark
- A strong interest in strategic procurement
- Very good analytical skills
- Super user in Excel, Power Point etc.
- Interested in Business Intelligence and procurement systems
- Able to read and write English
- Structured, timely and independent
