You will join a highly dedicated team in our Integrated Logistics department, playing a vital role in the continuous improvement of quality processes and procedures. The position is on a fixed-term basis for 10 months to cover maternity leave.
As a Quality Manager in Kuehne + Nagel’s integrated logistics department, you will be responsible for facilitating, developing and organising the quality setup for our customers. This includes but not limited to process monitoring and controlling, establishing KPIs and performance measurements, deviation management and reporting as well as quality compliance. Reporting directly to the Head of Integrated Logistics, the scope of the role is to oversee the performance of our setup in Denmark and at our four global control towers. You will be part of a team of dedicated colleagues who strive to provide state-of-the-art supply chain solutions for our customers. To succeed in this role, you possess a highly structured approach and attention to detail as you will be responsible for developing the quality framework.

Additionally, you will verify the use and effectiveness of the quality processes according to internal and external requirements.

Your Role

Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational quality procedures in Denmark and at our four global control towers. “We operate globally and work closely with relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will verify the use and effectiveness of the quality processes according to internal and external requirements.
- Establish KPIs and performance measurements and report processes
- Ensure all contractual requirements are met and all identified deviations are escalated to the relevant stakeholders in a timely and productive manner
- Identify strategic weak points of the quality procedures and develop improvement measures
- Provide information and proactively follow up on GDP changes and improvements
Your Skills and Experiences
- Several years of experience working within logistics/supply chain management or within the quality and regulatory field
- You hold a BSc degree or higher within economics, engineering or medicine
- You possess excellent communication skills in English
- Good analytical and quality management skills
- Knowledge of ISO and GDP standards and experience with Six Sigma is considered an advantage
