We are looking for a Senior Procurement Partner & Manager to take on responsibility of strategic procurement of the Goods for Resale Categories, securing sourcing and procurement of assortment in various price-quality segments and for various customer groups, in close collaboration with Product Marketing and Commercial, securing robust sourcing strategies including Low Cost Country sourcing, and balancing cost, value and risk in a TCO perspective.

Take part in the journey
As Senior Procurement Partner & Manager you will take leadership of strategic procurement of Goods for Resale and leadership of a small team. You will personally drive strategic procurement of several large and strategic procurement categories. You will report directly to Senior Vice President of Procurement, Anette Beck and work closely with other colleagues in Procurement and stakeholders throughout the organisation.
Your primary workplace will be at our Head Office in Rødovre.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Your profile
We expect you to have a strong business acumen securing sustainable cost optimization and value creation, and to have a strong result orientation. You have a strong databased and analytical mindset, as well as strong collaboration and communication skills. We expect you to have a holistic and strategic outlook to secure solutions are optimized in an end-to-end perspective. Also, you have a strong drive and ability to tackle multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, we expect you to have:
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience with strategic procurement
• Experience with Goods for Resale and contract manufacturing is an advantage
• A Master’s Degree, in Business Administration, Economics or the like

- Support Product Marketing and Commercial in development of assortment in various price-quality segments and for various customer groups, together with other colleagues in Goods for Resale Procurement
- Development of sourcing category & project strategies, for cost optimization, risk mitigation and value creation, including Low Cost Country sourcing
- Market investigation, supplier search & qualification
- Commercial modelling, Business case development and TCO analysis
- Tendering & negotiations
- Contracting & contract management
- Supplier performance management & relations management with key suppliers
- Support development of strong supply chain set-up securing time-to-market balanced to inventory, logistics and other operating cost
- Drive and manage various functional and cross-functional initiatives to develop Procurement and deliver on the Flügger strategy
- Lead the team, by living the Flügger values and leadership principles, by sparring & motivation, and by strong stakeholder engagement
