European Energy covers all phases of wind and photovoltaic (PV) solar projects, from early development to operation and divestment of assets. Since 2004, our company of over 220 employees has installed more than 2 GW of renewable energy. We operate globally and employ 23 different nationalities at our HQ in Copenhagen and our offices in Sweden, the UK, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, and Spain. Our mission is to be a significant force in the global transition to a fossil-free society.

As our new Procurement and Logistics Specialist, you will be involved in our solar PV projects. You will be responsible for our internal and external procurement and logistics processes and secure the timely delivery of components to our construction sites.

You will be part of our international Sourcing & Procurement team consisting of both technical and commercial-minded talents and you will have a close link to our Engineering and Construction team who are responsible for the planning, design, and construction of utility-scale PV plants in Europe from greenfield development to commercial operation. We work with professional suppliers, partners, and sub-contractors for the completion of the sites.

Your areas of responsibilities


  • Monitor and follow-up on payment and invoice flow
  • Logistics and shipments coordination
  • Import and customs handling
  • Handling of contracts and purchase orders
  • Maintain internal database and keep information systems up to date

Professional skills we expect from you


  • You have a bachelor´s or master´s degree within business, finance, law, or similar
  • Preferable 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Are an expert user in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Danish, German, Italian, Chinese, and/or Spanish language skills are an advantage
  • Have a technical/ electrical interest
