The factory is based in Austria and employs a dedicated team and operates at the highest international standards, including certifications such as IFS, Bio, and Halal, ensuring the delivery of premium food products to markets worldwide.

About the Role
As Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the site's quality systems while ensuring compliance with strict industry certifications and regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of a small QA team and responsibility for laboratory operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with IFS standards.
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring readiness for customer and regulatory inspections.
• Manage customer claims, product specifications, and supplier documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on food safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to enhance product quality and optimize processes.
• Monitor quality performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Your Profile:

• A relevant degree in food science, technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in quality assurance within the food production sector.
• Strong knowledge of IFS certifications and European food safety regulations.
• Fluency in German or English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with excellent leadership and communication skills.
