Then you are our new Procurement Manager at nne.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: nne designs, builds and optimizes pharmaceutical production plants all over the world. Based in Denmark, you will work in a project-oriented climate supporting primarily projects for our customers in Denmark. Our projects cover the full range from small-scale production to high-volume production facilities. In Denmark, nne has offices in Virum, Måløv and Kalundborg. As mentioned, you will support projects for our customers and for that reason you will typically be working in the same location as the project. Therefore, it is important that you are flexible.
You will join our Procurement & Contract Mgt. dept., consisting of a team of 10 highly skilled Senior Procurement/Procurement Managers, Procurement Controllers and Purchasers. We engage and interact with a variety of stakeholders. Regardless of which of these many stakeholders we face, our ambition is to take a wingman position; providing our stakeholders support in manner allowing them a feeling of control and support. This require a proactive mindset and approach to solving tasks and a high level of flexibility.
Required Qualifications: As Procurement Manager, you will take responsibility for drafting procurement strategies and plans, and for planning and executing procurement and contract management activities in projects (supplier selection, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, contract drafting, clarification of legal issues with the help of legal experts etc.). You will act as point of contact for the Project Manager, Engineering Manager and Technical leads of the project, and you will engage with them in Customer and Supplier facing activities. Reporting on progress, follow-up on payments, processing change orders and handling commercial aspects of claims, are also a natural part of your work.

Your qualifications
- 5-8 years experience within technical purchasing, commercial and contract management disciplines
- Preferably, you have worked with procurement within the field of engineering
- Experience with Procurement planning & execution in a project environment
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder mgt. skills
- Experience with contract drafting, interpretation and claims management
