The position is in the Supply Chain & Sourcing Department,which is a part of Technical Development & Operations.The Department is responsible for sourcing of GMP services and secure supplies of drug products for clinical trials as well as preparing for the soon to be commerical supply set-up and the day to day operations of commercial supply initially for the US market.

Currently, we are 6 people in the department whereof 3 are responsible for clinical trial supply, 1 responsible for sourcing of GMP/GDP/ISO related sourcing and the remaing 2 involved in the set-up of our commerical supply chain. The Supply Chain Coordinator will work closely together with the Senior Supply Chain Manager in the department.

The position is new in the department so it is a unique chance to join our journey and have an opportunity to influence and build processes, as well as create value for colleagues and business partners worldwide.

Job Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Be super user of our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Stock Management Module
  • Establish and maintain Supply Chain master data in ERP
  • Coordinate requirements/supply planning in close corporation with key stakeholders
  • Coordinate activities internally and externally to secure timely delivery and a high customer sevice level
  • Initiate ordering at vendors (forecasting, purchase orders and process orders) and follow-up
  • Manage our inventory – i.e keeping our stock management status updated and accurate
  • Manage inventory levels according to defined parameters and prevent stock out situations
  • Update instructions and user guidelines for Dynamics AX 2012 and related processes
  • Participate in the setup and implementation of the serialization flow and towards CMO and 3PLs
  • Manage the daily operations and maintainance of the serialization flow
  • Participate in the integration between financial and supply chain processes in Dynamics AX 2012


Candidate Profile

The successful will have:

  • Preferably a B.S degree in a supply chain/pharmaceutical/scientific discipline.
  • Plus-five years solid experience within Supply Chain Management and/or the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Extensive experience with ERP systems preferably Dynamics AX 2012
  • Experience with serialization requirements
  • Experience with cGMPs, GDP, ICH, US and EU Directives, as applicable
  • Excellent communication, planning, problem solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a global development and manufacturing environment.
