Do you hold a strong outgoing drive and thrive on bringing thoughts into action? Then you might be the right candidate to improve and run NNIT's S&OP process. During the past years we have established a Global Planning function covering Resource, Supply and Capacity Planning.
To sustain NNIT’s growth and availability of resources, our overall ambition is to ensure predictability and continuous flow throughout the delivery organization.
Your responsibilities as Capacity Manager
The key priority for the Capacity Manager is to operate, maintain and continuously develop NNIT Sales & Operations Planning process.
Daily activities imply cross-organizational collaboration and supply chain planning insight in order to proactively prevent delivery issues by foreseeing mid and long term bottlenecks as well as opportunities.
You must be able to capture and digest the sales pipeline, run forecast models and deploy supply plan - based on the analysis it is also expected that you outline scenarios and risks, and facilitate decision making for the various stakeholders in our customer and delivery organization.

Your qualifications and experience
- You hold relevant academic background within supply chain or engineering.
- Solid theoretical knowledge on planning and capacity management; and familiar with supply chain concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Preferably several years of experience within supply chain and/or a planning function.
- Experience with organizational development, change management and/or strategy deployment.
- You are an excellent communicator and communicate equally well on all levels within a larger organization as well as knowing how to network.
- Strong analytical skills and have the ability to move between a holistic and detailed perspective.
- Advanced Excel skills, ideally with VBA knowledge.
- You possess a high level of English language skills both orally and in writing.
- Takes initiative, recognizes and acts on opportunities.
