For our QA team in Vallensbæk, we are looking for a Quality Specialist who will be instrumental in our ways of collaborating and aligning the quality assurance functions across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.

With your strong QA-background, and your excellent stakeholder management skills, you will take us to the next level in terms of:

• Creating, building, and driving alignment of processes, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing across the Nordic QA-functions.
  
  
• Contributing to the continuous development and implementation of our Nordic training matrix, that enables us to assign and keep track of our procedures and guidelines.
  
  
• Participating to align the qualification of contractors and suppliers for the Nordics.
  
  
• Driving and optimizing the knowledge across the organization about QA-functions.
  
  

You will be joining a QA-team across the Nordics of 7 colleagues with different backgrounds from the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.

Our responsibilities include:

• Handling product complaints, tracking deviations, risk assessments and reviews.
  
  
• Being deputy responsible person (for selected local task) and local subject matter expert.
  
  
• Quality Management System user and approver (selected scopes according to implementation plan).
  
  
• Participating in the qualification of new GXP suppliers/contractors, as well as internal and external audit preparation.
  
  

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensure the above-mentioned responsibilities are performed in accordance with global and local procedures and the regulatory requirements in Denmark.

Critical Skills and Competencies

• Experience from a QA-function
  
  
• Strong cGMP knowledge and experience
  
  

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

• You have an educational background as a pharmacist, engineer or similar.
  
  
• You have 3-5 years of experience from a QA-function in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  
  
• GXP experience preferred
  
  
• Fluency in Danish and English.
  
  

• You are a good communicator and can explain academic and complex topics in a simple and clear manner.
  
  
• You are good at creating and developing relationships both externally and internally.
