- In this newly established role you will shape and be accountable for leading, developing and delivering pricing frameworks, governance models, processes and tools that will support Terma’s business areas in reaching our growth ambition.

Scoping, leading and driving Terma’s global pricing excellence program
We are looking for an experienced Pricing excellence manager to take on a leading role in defining and driving Terma’s global pricing excellence program. Your task will be to establish a solid foundation of methodology, proces, governance and tools which will strengthen our value based pricing capabilities.

In this role, you will be working strategically as well as hands on. Hence you will working with Value based pricing at a conceptual level, while also driving development and deployment of Pricing tools and analytics in collaboration with specialists from the business units.

We offer an exciting position with high exposure to senior management, great variety in daily operations and a broad interface with the commercial organization. In addition you will play a leading role in shaping our commercial excellence journey.

In this position, you will report to the Head of Commercial excellence, and travel up to 20 days a year can be expected.

Your main responsibilities will cover;

  • Ownership for implementing and continuously developing our value-based pricing framework
  • Develop pricing strategies, guidance and governance in collaboration with the business
  • Co-ownership for Terma’s current and future Pricing tools
  • Support shaping business areas’s price reviews; quotation processes etc.
  • Drive and facilitate best practice sharing and training with the business
  • Drive ad hoc pricing activities

To succeed in this role, you must have

  • A relevant background, preferably with a master’s degree within business, economics, or a related commercial oriented field
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience working with Pricing strategy, methods, frameworks, governance models, processes and tools
  • Proven change and project management skills including ability to plan, prioritize and set goals
  • An analytical mindset combined with excellent Excel and communication skills

  • Has a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a strong personal drive
  • Take pride in working strategically as well as hands-on to drive results
