Global Talent Acquisition Manager to expand our business internationally

Insights and decisions from you, result in successful scaling of our business
Your task is to grow our business by ensuring we meet the global demand for talent and competencies. We are about to open new operations in several countries, and our current locations also keep expanding. Further, you have the strategic responsibility for our talent acquisition globally. You will be responsible for our current TA partners and enabling our organisation to meet the demand for our recruitment needs.

We currently have TA covered in different ways, on different locations. However, we need a global and strategic perspective, and we need your knowledge and experience on how labour markets differ when it comes to recruitment, including how to approach and enter new markets.


Strategic with international and global mindset is key
You get the opportunity to create the global strategy for Talent Acquisition and deciding on in-house employees or external partners needed for each location. We trust your knowledge and analysis to make the right decision about the needs for partners. You will have the full responsibility for meeting the strategic targets for new hires.

We are open to your professional profile. However, we do believe you have the following in order to become successful:

• Experience with strategic talent acquisition in an international context and with entering new countries
• Act as an excellent leader by prioritizing efforts and communicating successfully with employees and our organisation
• Solid stakeholder management skills ensuring successful cooperation with management and enabling the organisation to improve Talent Acquisition

Being a global company, you should expect a lot of travelling days, especially in the first 2 years. When you have built the structure, you will still travel, but fewer days.

Since you are working in an international context you must have excellent English proficiency.
