You will be part of the Group HR team where we handle the full employee life cycle from talent acquisition to data management, employer branding to leadership training. In Talent Acquisition we are 7 colleagues who are supporting the global organization in all talent acquisition subjects. By working collaboratively, we value open communication and knowledge sharing to help each other thrive. As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will get the opportunity to work with a broad variety of recruitment projects for various position types. You will be responsible for selected business areas where you will be the primary sparring partner for hiring managers in relation to recruitment matters and team creation.
In the business areas, you will get the responsibility of the entire recruitment process from starting up the recruitment until an employment contract has been signed whilst striving to give the candidates the best experience throughout the entire recruitment process. The candidates we recruit are typically international profiles with a specialist or manager background.

How you will create an impact
As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will get the opportunity to work with a broad variety of recruitment projects for various position types. You will be responsible for selected business areas where you will be the primary sparring partner for hiring managers in relation to recruitment matters and team creation.
In the business areas, you will get the responsibility of the entire recruitment process from starting up the recruitment until an employment contract has been signed whilst striving to give the candidates the best experience throughout the entire recruitment process. The candidates we recruit are typically international profiles with a specialist or manager background.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment projects including:
- Drafting job ads and advising on sourcing strategies
- Search and selection
- Screening and interviewing candidates with the hiring manager
- Conducting psychometric and personality assessments
- Conducting reference checks
- Working with recruitment in different countries, primarily in Europe
- Employer Branding activities and other projects related to talent acquisition
- Supporting managers in talent acquisition matters
To thrive in the role we imagine you have the following competencies
- You have a few years of relevant experience with recruitment
- You are used to managing many different and sometimes complex recruitment processes in parallel
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You are fully proficient in English, oral and written.
- You have experience or a strong interest in psychometric and personality assessments
