Can you build and drive the collection development for our professional clubs in football and handball? Then you might be the candidate, we are looking for to develop the new match day collections as well as the training and travel gear.

As our new Senior Product Developer for our Pro Clubs, you will be a member of our Sport division with around 40 ambitious colleagues. Our Sport business unit is catering solely for the professional teams we sponsor and this part of the business is growing rapidly. We therefore need a super dedicated product developer, who can drive these large projects from initial product brief from the club to delivery of the finished goods.
As Senior Product Developer you will be responsible for product line management on selected tier 1 and tier 2 clubs. This includes product development for match day, training, and travel collections for the professional teams. You will act as a partner for your team, sales staff and markets , clubs, designers, and the product manager during the development process of the new collections.
In addition, you will get the responsibility for:

Tasks
As Senior Product Developer you will be responsible for product line management on selected tier 1 and tier 2 clubs. This includes product development for match day, training, and travel collections for the professional teams. You will act as a partner for your team, sales staff and markets , clubs, designers, and the product manager during the development process of the new collections.
In addition, you will get the responsibility for:
- Project manage all Pro Clubs in your area from brief to development. This includes stakeholder management spanning fromthe internal pro club activation team, our markets and the club directly.
- Proactively finetune our internal tools and processes
- Manage the products for the the individual clubs, ensuring that the product offering to both the many teams within the club as well as the fans is right.
- Support the P/L on our sponsorships through product selection and negotiations with our supply chain.

- Experience from product development incl. great insight and understanding of apparel production, and a good knowledge on different functional materials and printing techniques.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbally.
- Good negotiation skills, and the ability to spot a good business opportunity.
- Proactive and solution oriented
- Great at communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Very structured and disciplined.
- Passionate about sport, especially handball and football.
