A bit about your new role & primary tasks:
- Bridge Business and Technology: Translate business needs into clear, actionable insights that align with our business strategies
- Collaborate and Innovate: We have adopted the MS Power platform combined with MS Dynamics making it a seamless experience towards the business. Based on this you work alongside other Functional Leads, Tech Leads, Solution Architects, and Consultants to deliver new functionalities that enhance business efficiencies and productivity, all while adhering to our architectural standards.
- Roadmap & stakeholders: You are responsible for creating and managing (in close collaboration with stakeholders from the business and the tech team) our roadmap of new core solutions as well as implementing these solutions across our different markets
- Agile thinking: Propose and guide colleagues and stakeholders in agile ways-of-working, with the purpose to optimize and become efficient from idea to running and maintaining business and IT solutions
- Support and Optimize: Drive the RU Group IT Strategy by providing value-added IT solutions and offering constant insights to solve daily business problems using existing tools and processes
- Expert Guidance: Provide deep functional expertise, particularly with commercial and price tooling, and proactively identify functional enhancements to add value by analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and documenting procedures
- Ensure Integrity: Maintain solution integrity, update documentation (both functional and technical), and promote a cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude across departments
What we’re looking for:
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, proactive, and capable of handling numerous stakeholders with ease. You are also an entrepreneurial type and thrive in situations where we sometimes build the road as we go, allowing you to help create a structure that is meaningful and functional. Also:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, business administration or a related field
- Domain Expertise: At least 10 years of experience in related roles and experience with commercial tooling, Microsoft Dynamics or similar solutions, including several end-to-end project implementations. A big benefit would be if you are experienced with pricing / mathematical models to support calculations.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner, Solution Architect, or Project Manager
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with the Office package especially PowerPoint, Azure Devops
- Process approach skills: Proficiency in Agile models, design thinking, project management
- Adaptability and Drive: Self-motivated, driven, and enthusiastic, with a professional passion and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, with the ability to unite technical specialists and business users.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally (5-10 days per year) for project participation.
