Play a significant part in developing the world’s largest offshore wind turbine
Are you looking for an opportunity where you can apply your solid engineering skills to develop tomorrow’s turbine? You will join our Product Creation department within our Technology organisation and be located in Aarhus, DK. You will be part of an organisation at the very forefront of offshore wind development and get a unique opportunity to be part of our exciting journey towards a greener future.
Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…be responsible for aligning product requirements and the overall scope description for major development projects for selected turbine modules/systems. You will act as gatekeeper for introduction of product changes through the ECM (engineering change management) system, and be responsible for identifying optimisation opportunities, quality initiatives and cost-out potential within your specialist area.
Your tasks will also include:
Establish communication and coordination with primary stakeholders across the value chain Deliver HSE and Quality improved design initiatives within the product Ensure high quality requirements towards external stakeholders Ensure an effective decision process throughout the implementation process (ECM process) Participate in the preparation of major development projects
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…has a technical background and at least 10 years of technical specialist experience, preferably working on large engineering/design projects. It is a prerequisite that you have WTG experience. The role requires that you are result-oriented and a strong decision-maker, and that you have excellent stakeholder management skills.
