People & Culture Vestas Talent Acquisition Team Talent Acquisition NCE
The Vestas’ People & Culture organisation is responsible for building Vestas’ capacity to attract, develop and retain the industry’s best workforce by partnering with the business to deliver high quality enabling HR tools, coaching and promote a value based WE culture. The Talent Acquisition NCE (Northern & Central Europe) department is an important partner to make this happen.
You will join an ambitious and dedicated Talent Acquisition team where we are passionate about attracting, sourcing and hiring the right people to Vestas in EMEA North & West. We do end-to-end recruitment in compliance with our global strategy, policies and processes, and in close collaboration with people leaders, People & Culture colleagues and other key stakeholders.
Your most important job is to be a trusted partner in ensuring that hiring managers, candidates and other stakeholders get a professional and competent recruitment experience. In addition, you will play an important part in requiring insight into current and future business needs and workforce planning.

In addition, you will play an important part in requiring insight into current and future business needs and workforce planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute full recruitment lifecycle of Talent Acquisition across the North and Western Europe region
- Manage and engage with relevant stakeholders to understand and take action on current and future needs
- Lead and build talent pipeline to meet immediate and future requirements
- Proactively stay on top of personnel law in your area and ensure compliance with recruitment policy and processes
- Lead ad hoc Talent Acquisition initiatives and activities
- Identify, initiate and manage external recruitment vendors
- Translate talent acquisition know-how into a trusted partnership with line managers, in order to add value and help them reach their business goals
Qualifications
- Degree in relevant studies (e.g. Human Resources, Psychology, Business economics or similar)
- Min. 6 years’ full recruitment life cycle experience in an international environment
- Demonstrated ability to write job adds in English
- Experience in cross-cultural stakeholder management at all organisational levels
- Fluent in verbal and written English – other language skills are an advantage
- Certified in assessment tools and experienced in giving assessment feedback – Hogan certification is an advantage
- Good understanding of employment laws and legislation in region
Competencies
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in navigating in an international matrix organisation, combining local necessities with an international company
- Ability to inspire WE spirit and promote Vestas values
- Business acumen and ability to understand business requirements and translate these into improved regional workforce forecast and future talent pipeline needs
- High level of flexibility, ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to drive commitment, passion and deliver high performance
