Job description and areas of responsibility:
During 2020, we will transform our IT landscape and technology platforms, and you will play an important role in establishing and managing the evolution of our Advanced Analytics Value Stream, a vital part of our corporate strategy. You will maintain an overview of roadmaps delivery and agile capabilities.

In this role, you will join an extended team of Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Engineers and other SME’s from across Pandora to shape and build the foundation for our Advanced Analytics capabilities. You will define the Advanced Analytics Strategy globally and be the primary interface for key business and technology stakeholders for the domain. Furthermore, you will ensure that Pandora stays in line with industry trends as well as cultivate and maintain an external profile as an SME to the local and regional tech community to attract talent and engage in prospective partnerships.

In addition to the above, you will:

  • Establish and manage the refinement and prioritisation for Advanced Analytics roadmaps

  • Define and maintain Advanced Analytics KPIs including key business and financial metrics

  • Maintain effective working relationships with key business and technology leaders, industry experts, and stream lead counterparts and Global BI

  • Manage business case development for strategic Epics and Lean business cases

  • Manage scope and deliver strategic initiatives in alignment with Data Analytics priorities

Consumer Technology has just started a transformation where we over the next 12-24 months will implement new ways of working to support the execution of Business Strategy, enable operational excellence and build a data-driven organisation. Our department consists of two teams, Product Management and Technology & Engineering.

As a member of the Product Management team, you will be working with a team of Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants and Product Managers, reporting directly to the Director of Product Management, Consumer Technology.

What is needed to succeed:
We imagine that you have an education within Marketing, Consumer Insights or Data Engineering, are an expert in data analytics functionality and are up to date on industry standards. You also have a strong understanding of retail operations, POS/BOS, and workforce management.

Additionally, we envision that you have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with data analytics systems
  • Worked with data analytics management, business case development and business analysis
  • Managed project planning, roadmap development and detailed status reporting
  • Worked with B2B CRM and B2B Cloud

This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Candidates should be willing to travel up to 30 days a year.
