Right now, to further strengthen our Global HR delivery model we are looking for an experienced developing specialist within Talent Acquisition (TA) to join our global HR team. Working in a global setup, the position can be based in Denmark (Lystrup or Herlev), Germany (Darmstadt) or the Netherlands (Leiden).
Terma is a high-tech and innovative company that develops products and systems for defense, non-defense and security applications - including command and control systems, radar systems, self-protection systems, space technology, and aerostructures for the aircraft industry. Internationally, Terma has subsidiaries and operations in The Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, India, Singapore and the U.S.
Role and Responsibility
As Talent Acquisition Development Specialist you will be responsible for the development/design of concept, process and toolbox within recruitment in a Terma global context. You will be responsible for the same within employer branding and talent management but here the role will also expand to contain the start-up, coordination, communication, tools and operation of some of the activities. Finally, you will be responsible for the systems supporting this area, the reporting, the financials and the compliance within these areas.
It is a challenging role where you will need to master both local and international solutions. The demand for communication and stakeholder management across the business units, levels and locations is high. As well as being able to work with the full circle of developing, deploying, executing, administering and coordinating.
The tasks
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Drive the strategy and roadmap within Talent Acquisition internationally
- Enable a flawless recruitment execution by the HR Business Partners in Terma by building up a strong, well communicated process, standards and toolbox in TA internationally
- Financial and vendor administration for recruitment, branding and talent management
- Lead, participate and handle the employer branding activities and yearly cycle
- Drive the attraction of talents via social media when it comes to development and content
- Develop, lead and operate the Talent Management Program and potential other programs
- Deploy the strategic workforce management as your overall roadmap and guidance
- Lead the process description, quality and potential audits within the Talent Acquisition areal
- Look into new trends and know “the pulse” of your area
- Drive the diversion policy and work
- Own and drive the reporting, KPI’s and data within this area of expertise
- Support developing other HR activities together with the Head of HR Development
Travel activities must be expected
Desired Skills & Experience
You bring at least 4-7 years of HR experience from a similar position in an international company. You possess a natural interest and flair in finding, growing and developing talents. Your approach to HR is pragmatic, hands-on, structures and getting things done. To be successful in this role, you thrive with complexity and you love it when we succeed together as a team. You are good at communicating, a skilled relationship builder and you can navigate in a complex stakeholder landscape.
Knowledge sharing comes natural to you and you naturally take a shared responsibility in our HR Team. You also possess a high degree of business acumen, and you can translate business needs into executable talent deliverables. You are a structured and committed, innovative, result-oriented person, working with passion and high level of energy and an agile mindset. In addition to this, we expect you to have:
- Proven track-record and expert matter experience and lead of the Talent Acquisition area
- Skilled relationship builder with keen stakeholder management skills in a complex, international landscape – e.g. you know who, when and how to involve and “lead” key contributors (HR Partners, the business, etc.) on employer branding-, recruitment-, talent and retention strategy and action plans
- People skills as well as skills for numbers and IT systems
- Knowledge and experience in local / global deliverables
- High personal drive and a natural curiosity coupled with a fact-based approach
- A strong can-do attitude
- Highly developed communication skills (written and spoken English)
- An academic background (HR, Marketing, Business or similar)
