Your Responsibilities
You will be leading a lean team of planners and be responsible to oversee end-to-end materials management for EMEA region to deliver best-in-class service levels. You will also be involved and take lead in our operations transformation with our merger activities.

You are an experienced supply chain management professional, with demonstrated capacity in managing team and change management. You should ideally have experience handling end-to-end materials management and drive continuous business process improvements through SMART LEAN tools.
You are people-oriented and are always looking for solutions and bringing quality improvements, with a “can-do” attitude. You are a strong team player with teamwork spirit and you demonstrate strong leadership capability. You have excellent communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills and like to work with both internal colleagues and external customers. You are able to work with cross-functional teams. You are independent and describe yourself as a self-starter. You are customer and detailed oriented and have a pro-active and close follow-up approach.

Your Responsibilities
You will be leading a lean team of planners and be responsible to oversee end-to-end materials management for EMEA region to deliver best-in-class service levels. You will also be involved and take lead in our operations transformation with our merger activities.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Manage end-to-end materials planning which includes material flow, production and capacity planning, operational purchasing and finished goods planning
- Work closely with Demand Planning and Customer Service organizations for capacity alignment and component supply to meet forecasted demands
- Drive MTS / MTO strategy to ensure high service levels and meet optimum operations resource utilization
- Lead components planning and operation buying team to ensure JIT availability at optimum cost and inventory holding
- Support and drive operations improvement projects using SMART LEAN toolset
You
You are an experienced supply chain management professional, with demonstrated capacity in managing team and change management. You should ideally have experience handling end-to-end materials management and drive continuous business process improvements through SMART LEAN tools.
- Studies in Supply Chain Management / Logistics or any other relevant fields
- Minimum 8-10 years of related experience in SCM, ideally in global set up with multiple sites production management
- Excellent organization, communications and interpersonal skills to work with people
- Lead changes by adopting an agile mindset and approach
- Proven people/team management capability to drive motivation and productivity
