You will join an international marketing team with highly dedicated colleagues. The position is based at Ambu’s headquarter in Ballerup, Denmark.
As Senior Global Product Manager, Neurology you will be focused on Ambu’s innovation agenda and will be involved in all aspects of the value chain. Your tasks will range from seeing the future in Neurology and defining Ambu’s position in it, to determining what it takes to achieve our aspirations, to screening new product concepts and creating business cases.
Your primary areas of responsibility will be to:
You will work closely with users, Sales Territories and R&D to set the innovation agenda with the aim of creating user value while maximizing the growth potential in Neurology. You will work in a truly interdisciplinary position and work with various external and internal stakeholders.
As Ambu is a company with worldwide presence, international travel should be expected as a part of the position.
Key competences
To succeed in this position, you need to have a solid clinical understanding and a strong commercial mindset. You have +7 years of experience as Product Manager or similar. You have experience within the medical device field, preferably within Neurology, which enables you to learn new therapeutic areas fast and gives you the ability to understand user needs and translate them to both messaging and product benefits. It is natural for you to present your findings and recommendations in a convincing manner to stakeholders across the organization.
As a person, you are curious with a “can do” attitude and excellent cooperation skills. You thrive in an international environment that is characterized by cross-functional teamwork. As Ambu is a global company it is essential that you have excellent English skills and that you have a global mindset in relation to both co-workers and business opportunities.

- Shape Ambu’s 5-year development roadmap for Neurology by recommending future development projects, suggesting prioritization and quantifying value
- Drive product life cycle management with insights about customer needs and business potential
- Drive the commercial optimization of the current product portfolio within Neurology
