As IT Business Partner for Corporate Services in Global IT, you will be part of setting direction for LEO Pharma’s Digital Strategy for the Corporate Service area.
LEO Pharma has embarked on a very ambitious journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner – and that is why we need you. The journey will encompass increased digitalization, acquisitions and planned transformations which all require strengthening of our digital strategy and governance in Global IT.
You will help create the digital strategy and governance for our Corporate Service area to ensure that we from Global IT can support LEO Pharma’s journey to make a significant difference for people with serious skin diseases all over the world.
The job
You will take lead of driving the digital governance in Corporate Services; which includes the business areas “Global People & Communication”, “Global Finance & Business Services”, “Global Legal & Compliance” and related service tools. This includes driving vision and strategy for the Digital Board, the creation of digital roadmaps, and the strategic implementation of these roadmaps with the resulting expected business outcomes for the business functions. Driving the digital governance and Digital Board calls for strong stakeholder and business relationship management with EVPs, VPs, Directors and SMEs.
You will have the role as Product Manager in the Agile Release Train (ART) as defined in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and thus be one of three leaders of the ART-leadership ensuring outcome is delivered by the ARTs in accordance with agreed priorities.

Your qualifications
You have substantial experience within Senior Stakeholder management, IT/business partnering and experience working with Agile methods (preferably SAFe)[A1] .

Responsibilities:
- Be the ‘IT Business Partner’ on strategic and tactical level for the Corporate Services area
- Drive (prepare and facilitate) the cross functional Corporate Services Digital Board to ensure prioritisation and funding for new Digital/IT investments (Epics/projects), together with relevant business stakeholders
- Drive the Digital Board’s vision, strategy & digital roadmap
- Efficiently drive, define, and prioritize Corporate Services needs (Epics/demands) in collaboration with relevant LEO Pharma stakeholders.
- Capture demands by creating Lean Business Cases in collaboration with business owners and other key stakeholders
- Drive partnership dialogue and conversations with selected key IT vendors being used in Corporate Services
- Lead and support the ART and ensure the ART creates feasible and sustainable products & solutions (outcome)
- Oversee the accountabilities within the area and ensure this runs smoothly and is continuously being developed.
- Lead the ART and ensure close alignment & collaboration within ART leadership (thus with the RTE and Lead Architect)

Professional Qualifications:
- Relevant Master’s degree or equivalent
- Broad and deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the global conditions that shape the industry’s strategic imperatives
- Leadership experience in delivery of IT services in a SAFe/Agile delivery model and in waterfall delivery model.
- Strong understanding of the IT solutions that enables and supports the Corporate Services functions in a pharmaceutical company
- Extensive leadership experience in the delivery of IT services in a global environment utilizing large scale outsourcing providers
- Extensive experience with financial, vendor and process management in a cross-functional/cross-discipline environment
- Strong in building relationships with senior stakeholders within and outside LEO
- Strong communicator and has a strategic mind-set
- Drives successful delivery in a global and multi-cultural environment
- Strong analytical, presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
Characteristics of the ideal candidate
- Experienced and accomplished at working with IT and business executives, and, if needed, able to push back in a professional and diplomatic manner.
- Natural ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements [A3] and communicate the output in a way that can be understood.
