Image all your finances in one place. This is the vision of the new e-banking and sales platform NEoS. This solution is designed to meet end-customers' needs for financial self-service and to help SDC-affiliated banks optimize their web interaction with existing and new customer groups.
We are about to roll out the entire platform and we need your help
As our new Product Manager, you will be part of our journey from platform vision to final delivery. Ambitions are high and you will work with talented and motivated colleagues in a creative yet focused atmosphere, where the tone of the conversation is informal and relaxed.
The position is newly created. We’re having an agile environment experimenting and growing together – and we need your ideas and unique background to complete the team. With us, you can make your mark on something bigger; The success criteria after 2 years in the position is having contributed to SDC (and our banks) winning awards for our ebank solutions.
You’ll be the expert on our platform and ambassador for our department
We holistically manage the product management process from strategy, product planning and build, to launch and optimization - coordinating with stakeholders, UX/Design, and technology throughout that lifecycle.
Functioning as an anchor point and go-to person you will collaborate with colleagues and end-user, bringing your perspectives, insights, and experience to the table. You will oversee the different Product Management elements, making sure we maximize the value of our platform and products.
It’s teamwork – and the best part of the job is working closely with e.g. the tactical Business Product Owner team in developing the product roadmap and pipeline. Bridging gaps and identifying the advances in the use of the platform. We have an out-side-in focus in the daily work. We include end-users in prototyping and testing before shipping features to the market.
This position is based in Ballerup and the team members work from Oslo, Ballerup, Vesterbro and Warszawa, so some travel activities must be expected.

Driven by ambitious goals and picking up energy from platform roll-outs – that’s you. You have experience with end-to-end product delivery, demonstrating a combination of awareness of software engineering concepts with strong experience in agile project management and effective business acumen.
You add value by taking ownership of complex and important products, evaluating ideas, and making effective decisions. Your people management skills are outstanding. You know how to drive, motivate, lead, and develop others team members.
You know about finance and it’s a plus if you have experience in Fintech solutions within the Nordic Region.
A good understanding of Danish, Norwegian and Swedish is required for this position.
