The Global Talent Acquisition (TA) team has an exciting roadmap, and ambitions targets have been set to ensure that the function is future-proof and fit-for-purpose in the coming years.

As our new TA partner, you will be a trusted advisor and responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition in a new operating model, playing a pivotal role in securing the right talent, at the right time for our organization. Since our operating model and system is new, you will also be a key part in providing input on best practices, and findings from the day-to-day activities. You can expect to participate in project tasks related to attraction, sourcing and recruiting.

The job


In this role, you will lead and drive the end-to-end TA processes, ensuring great candidate and customer experience. You will act as a sparring partner with business stakeholders, advising on resource planning initiatives, recruitments relating to restructures and senior leadership positions.

As TA Partner, you will ensure a close and good relationship with the sourcing team, providing information, strategy, and guidance on the respective recruitments in scope.

Your responsibilities – among others - will be to:

  • Lead and drive the recruitment process across segments both operationally and strategically, functioning as recruitment expert for the business.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment activities, including the identification of the sourcing mix to deploy and the possibility to involve an agency.
  • Provide strategic recruitment and position inputs, leading the planning of strategic/critical recruitments.
  • As mission-based TAP, lead complex recruitment transformation projects across functions with close connection to the HRBPs and other specialists.
  • Drive senior leadership and executive search projects, providing coaching guidance for Sourcers and TA Partners deployed to these projects.
  • Act as a coach for less experienced TAPs.
  • Participate in HR Community meetings to understand and prepare for coming events and align with HRBPs to plan for coming recruitments.
  • Drive tactical activities and contribute to project related initiatives within TA.
  • Leverage knowledge of talent market analytics & local/functional insights.
  • Provide guidance to the hiring manager on our recruitment systems.
  • Drive local recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.

Your qualifications


You have:

  • A Master within HR, business administration, communication, or similar, and solid business insights and experience within talent acquisition, managing stakeholders and end-to-end recruitment.
  • Several years of experience recruiting a broad variety of profiles, including senior leaders and executives.
  • Experience with leading recruitments as projects guiding sourcers, Hiring Managers, developing attraction plans and material, and strategies for getting the right people on-board.
  • The ability to flex from strategic to tactical in supporting the business and to act as a trusted advisor for your stakeholders.
  • Data and insight driven approach to planning and advisory
  • Familiar with complex psychometric assessment methods with experience in leadership feedback.
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills together with an effective communicative style, both verbal and written.
  • Fluent in English.

You’ll be part of Global Talent Acquisition, reporting to the TA Lead for HQ+. The TA team is part of the Global Center of Excellence also responsible for, Leadership development, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion and Agile Ways of working within the Global People and Communication organisation. Global Talent Acquisition is currently under establishment to support the People Strategy in the years to come and currently, we are working to implement a new operating model, a global recruitment process as well as a new applicant tracking system. The position is based at LEO Pharma’s headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, near Copenhagen.
