Nilfisk is on a major digital transformation journey connecting our customers, our partners, our employees and our machines around the world. We work agile and deliver digital services and communication linking machines, customers and the company.
We are currently looking for an experienced, innovative and detail-oriented Digital Product Owner who can ensure that we progress on our development tracks covering Web, App, Ecommerce and PIM. You will step into an established team, where you will find a lot of inspiring colleagues who will help you put your mark on our next phase towards becoming a leading digital company within the cleaning industry.
Define and prioritize backlog to streamline execution maintaining conceptual and technical integrity
As our Digital Product Owner, you will become part of an agile team that innovates, prototypes and eventually commercializes digital products across the entire Nilfisk value chain. By doing so you directly impact business outcomes and accelerate the digital transformation of Nilfisk.
Your daily tasks and responsibilities:
You report to our VP Digital Marketing and you work closely together with Product Management, Sales, Global Customer Insights, Digital Services, Marketing, and IT.
Experienced Product Owner
You have some years relevant experience as a Product Owner - either from a small startup, a large established company, or an agency. To encompass the business and technical functions of the job, you will most likely have a commercial education specialized in digitalization, E-business, data science or similar.

As our Digital Product Owner, you will become part of an agile team that innovates, prototypes and eventually commercializes digital products across the entire Nilfisk value chain. By doing so you directly impact business outcomes and accelerate the digital transformation of Nilfisk.
Your daily tasks and responsibilities:
- Ability to work with 1-3 teams in parallel as Product Owner as well as being out in the market to "listen in" and resolve various queries and requests
- Drive projects from idea to implementation
- Work with global stakeholders and gather detailed business requirements and expectations in order to keep the backlog updated and in line with digital strategy and vision
- Partner with the agile team including UX, designers and developers to scope out the product features and turn them into clear backlog items
- Create, edit, maintain and prioritize backlog and support UAT
- Create roadmap and ensure timely realization in an agile working environment
- Create presentations of the solutions in addition to conduction of internal user trainings

Further, your competences and experiences include that you:
- have a strong solution-oriented approach and enjoy taking responsibility
- have persuasive communication and presentation skills with a demonstrated experience in engaging and influencing cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
- have a proven track record in driving agile user-oriented business improvements through digital support
- strong technical understanding enabling you to cooperate with IT
- have preferably worked with both on-site and off-site development teams
- understand appealing design and recognize what good looks like with a foundation in UX/UI
- speak and write English at a high level
- it is an advantage that you have experience with Umbraco, Struct PIM, Salesforce and Pardot
- it is an advantage if you have international B2B experience
