Take responsibility for global pricing processes and governance

An important part of Nilfisk’s markets success is to have the right pricing on our products and solutions. As a pricing manager you will be responsible for our annual pricing update, where you are expected to engage with various stakeholders in all markets across the globe. In addition, Nilfisk is continuously launching new products and solutions and you will be involved in setting the right prices for our new offerings in collaboration with product managers and sales. We have, together with external consultants, identified a list of improvement areas within pricing, where your analytical and communicational skills will come into play.

In this role, you will become a member of the Service & New Business Models team, that drives the commercial agenda of digitally connecting our fleet of machines, establishing new service models and new rental offerings. You will work closely with Product Managers, Finance and local stakeholders to ensure global pricing initiatives are executed. You will also get the opportunity to support and develop new commercial initiatives within Service & New Business Models. The position can be located in the Nilfisk HQ, Brøndby (Greater Copenhagen) or Budapest (Hungary).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Annual pricing update across global markets
  • Assist our sales team for large accounts in establishing pricing schemes for international customers
  • Set pricing on new products and solutions
  • Follow up on pricing initiatives in the US
  • Drive new pricing initiatives in EMEA
  • Ensure we have the right process and governance around pricing
  • Follow up and engage with global stakeholder.

Proactive and Tech Savvy Consultant

We imagine you have a degree in business or economics (with a focus on business intelligence, pricing etc.) together with a natural analytical mindset. You to have 3-5 years of consultant experience from a leading consulting company, alternatively a similar position from the industry, in pricing role or an analytical role. A passion or working knowledge for data modelling, reporting, visualization and communication would be a plus. You are fluent in English as you mostly will communicate in this language. Additionally, you have advanced Excel and ideally also PowerPoint skills. Experience with SAP ERP, SAP BI and SalesForce would be preferred.

  • Can link the consequences of your work with commercial impacts.
  • Are proactive, outspoken and have good stakeholder management skills.
  • Have a flair and interest for analyzing and you are used to monitor and analyze data.
  • Create procedures that improve efficiency and pay attention to detail.
  • Adapt to change positively and accept new procedures and ideas.
  • Maintain an optimistic outlook and remain calm during challenging situations.
