You will be part of a global Talent Acquisition organization of 8 from respectively, Denmark, Mexico, USA, and Hungary. Fueling the Nilfisk future by hiring the coolest people
You will be, together with our TA Partner, responsible for managing recruitments in Denmark - to some degree Europe - and managing strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives. You drive recruitments in our entire value chain at the level experienced specialists to VP level.
You will be involved in recruiting capabilities within development of robotics & digital services, building digital competencies in Marketing, and Field Service. Your daily tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Defining scope and planning the recruitment process in close cooperation with the hiring managers while selecting the relevant sourcing/recruitment approach
· Formulating compelling job ads that make Nilfisk stand out from the rest and that speaks directly to the target group
· Conducting LinkedIn searches and contacting relevant candidates for the majority of your recruitments
· Screening, testing and qualifying applicants through the use of qualifying interview techniques and assessment tools
· Maintaining an applicant tracking system and ensuring compliance with defined procedures
· Managing the continuous development of recruitment processes and tools
· Managing external agencies when they are involved in sourcing candidates
A super important part of the job is managing your primary stakeholders namely the hiring managers, supporting them by driving smooth and efficient recruitment processes and leading them to correct decisions recruitment wise. You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
Senior recruitment profile
You have several years’ experience driving recruitments whether it be from a recruitment agency, a role with a headhunter or from an international company practicing different approaches. Preferably you have good experience recruiting in a wide part of a company’s value chain.
You are used to working for a diverse group of stakeholders with different backgrounds and experiences who need to be approached individually. You are a skilled interviewer, and you are used to conducting people assessments. Experience with international recruitment is an advantage.
