Head of Commercial Training EMEA

Your new team

You will be part of an established Commercial Excellence team responsible for EMEA and report into the Director of Commercial Excellence. You will find a lot of inspiring colleagues who will help you put your mark on our next phase towards becoming the sustainable leading company within the cleaning industry. You will manage a future team of 3 professional commercial trainers located in our three European regions.

This position can be located anywhere in EMEA, but preferably at the HQ of one of our major European markets being Denmark (Broendby), Germany (Bellenberg) or France (Courtaboeuf).

Main responsibilities are to:

  • Organize, coordinate and actively co-design all commercial trainings, onboarding and development programs with your training team and our global and regional functions
  • Oversee the creation of commercial training content, e-learning paths, collateral and other commercial related training materials
  • Position yourself as the first point of contact for commercial training and training development topics with the global functions, such as Product Management, Service, Marketing and Human Resources, and our European sales organizations
  • Develop and establish a range of training delivery channels to most effectively facilitate commercial trainings for different audiences – both internal and external – and help to create a framework and system (LMS) for clear and effective training communication and execution
  • Develop and conduct commercial competency assessment programs, as well as partner certification programs and derive appropriate training plans and development programs from them - both from digitally and face-to-face seminars or workshops
  • Develop a meaningful and sustainable evaluation system for the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented training measures, which ensures continuous improvement, maintenance, and adjustment in program delivery approaches and report on the effectiveness of the training programs conducted

Who are you?

We imagine you have a BSc/BA in Business, Economics or similar field and around 7+ years of experience in a B2B environment, preferably from working within Sales Training, Sales Excellence, Commercial Excellence or similar, combined with a good knowledge of conceptualizing trainings.

You thrive in collaborating with cross-functional and multinational teams of business leaders, quickly earning their respect as a knowledgeable and responsive go-to person who ‘gets things done’ while keeping solid ties with members of our field-level sales and service force.

In addition, you enjoy explaining things and communicating effectively with a broad group of stakeholders across departments, levels and time zones via phone, e-mail and in conferences. You have great experience with strategic thinking, prioritization and project planning.

With your self-driven, self-starting and determined attitude you take initiative with enthusiasm. Finally, you view yourself as a person who is eager to get things started and enjoy achieving measurable results in cooperation with the people and customers around you.
