Product Manager with a strategic drive
Do you have a technical background and are you inspired and motivated to drive strategic optimization of complex production equipment? Then you have the opportunity now, as we are looking for a Product Manager for our bakery lines. With us, you get the unique opportunity to follow your product from the drawing board to the assembly at our factory and out with our customers.
About the team
The Product Engineering team consists of 15 engineers, who are trained engineers or mechanical engineers. You will be one of 7 Product Managers who focus on profitability and sustainable standard solutions of high quality within their own product area. You will experience a high and qualified level of sparring as well as a good atmosphere.
About the job
As Product Manager you will be overall responsible for the People, Planet, and Profit performance of the AASTED Bakery standard equipment portfolio. You will examine the cost drivers, manage stakeholders in the whole value chain and make sure that product change decisions are challenged, well documented, and implemented. Sometimes you will lead larger improvement projects. You will manage the products in a product life cycle and work closely with the product specialist and our HW/SW team to ensure that the products are compliant to both legal and market requirements.
You will understand our contractual obligations and the technical limitations in order to support our projects and after sales. Design-wise you will be able to give instructions to designers, and update e.g., manuals and functional descriptions, when needed.

- Are a good communicator, and you accept and appreciate that good and precise planning and communication are just as important as the final design.
- Thrive in a role where you must navigate opposite directed requests, analyze input from your skilled colleagues, and transform it into business cases or proposals for a direction.
Professional qualifications
We prefer that you have:
- Have min 3 years’ experience in a project or product management role or similar.
- You have an engineering degree or similar
- You have experience with design of technical process equipment for the food industry.
- Have good skills in spoken and written Danish and English.
- You have knowledge of Modular design
- You have knowledge about driving a Sustainability agenda
