On behalf of our financial client based in Copenhagen, Randstad is looking for the (Senior) Recruiter for Talent Acquisition team.
In this role, you will recruit within your allocated area and collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for defining and executing the Talent Acquisition strategy for a variety of prioritized roles, primarily within the contact center area but also other customer facing roles. Further, you will have an impact on the business and each of the hired employee’s life by bringing them closer to their dreams and everyday aspirations.
-End to end handling of recruitments
-Providing job ad creation support, sourcing for talent, interviewing of candidates, ordering contracts, advising Hiring People Leaders on recruitment matters
-Ensuring traction on all process stages to secure we finalise recruitments at a good pace
-Promoting diversity awareness, and embracing teamwork to generate overall success
-You have a passion for matching talent to business needs
-You take ownership of your tasks and deliver high service level
-You provide excellent project and stakeholder management skills
-Thrive in engaging and collaborating with candidates, Hiring People Leaders and People Business
-Deliver best in class candidate experience
-Flexible and adaptable person in your work
-Solid and proven recruitment experience in high workload and fast-paced environment
-Experience from hiring for contact centers and customer facing positions in high volumes will be rated highly as well
-Interest in working with people, processes, policies and legislations
-Process design experience will be a benefit
-Start-up as soon as possible
-From 6 to 12 months and fulltime
