Our ambition is to transform meter data into insights that will help utilities optimize the production and distribution of clean water and energy.
With direct reference to our Head of Product Portfolio Management, you will become part of a team consisting of 8 engaged, ambitious and great colleagues who always strive to bring the best out in each other. Together the team is responsible for the commercialization of a portfolio within intelligent solutions for managing water consumption in utilities on a global scale. In addition, the team is in charge of executing our product roadmaps as well as assisting with business development worldwide.
Commercial Product Manager with a strong commercial toolbox and ability identify value drivers of a product
As our new Commercial Product Manager, you will own the global business strategy behind a product. You will be responsible for specifying the customer’s needs, functional requirements and manage the launch of features. You will work closely with cross-functional teams both internally in Product & Commercial Management, Water as well as Water Sales, Service, Technology, Operations and Marketing.
More specific, you will be responsible for:
In the job, you can expect around 20 travel days per year.
Personality matters
You have a strong commercial mindset and the ability to take leadership within your field. You are passionate and willing to go the extra mile to deliver a winning solution to our customers. In addition, you are outgoing and have the ability to build positive relations and communicate clearly to customers and stakeholders throughout the organization. You are structured, result-orientated and able to consistently meet deadlines and performance objectives.
You have a relevant educational background at minimum Bachelor level and strong commercial experience working with product management, demonstrating successful development and delivery of product strategies, roadmaps through to product launch and optimization. From your experience you have worked within a high-tech global organization.
You are fluent in English both written and oral. Danish will be an asset.

More specific, you will be responsible for:
- Ownership of product portfolio including building and maintaining product and solution roadmaps
- Define value driven product features, customer and market needs and requirements
- Execution and launch of new products including go-to-market plan, sales support, pre-sales and training
- Define commercial assumptions of business cases and determine feasibility and product pricing
- Optimizing value though commercial activities supporting product RGU’s though all lifetime phases
- Tracking and improving product features for ongoing market adjustment and lifetime optimization
- Manage stakeholders to ensure strong alignment across business areas and organisational support to commercial decisions
- Driving Governance process to ensure best possible value of product portfolio
