A bright mind with a MSc in a relevant field - is that you?
The profile we seek ideally have Transfer Pricing experience from a consulting firm or SKAT and are curious about Transfer Pricing, Legal matters, Corporate Finance, Valuation, Intellectual Property rights, Intercompany financing and business operations in a Group headquarter with an international footprint. You are a team player who takes the initiative and works independently with a structured approach to your work. You deliver quality, have a good eye on the detail as well as a good business understanding. We expect you to have solid experience with the Microsoft Office suite and preferably work experience.
You will need both your analytical sense and your business acumen to assist with the following tasks:
• Prepare and update transfer pricing documentations
• Reconcile financial data from different sources
• Document intercompany agreements
• Determine arm’s length value of different intercompany transactions
• Prepare benchmark studies
• Perform analysis in excel and presentations in power point
• Assist with different types of ad-hoc work
We expect the position to be full time. You will be working in our Group headquarter in Gentofte, Denmark.
