Your new role
As Quality Manager in Grenaa you will be responsible for Quality Management within our largest production site in Denmark in Grenaa.

Your new role
As Quality Manager in Grenaa you will be responsible for Quality Management within our largest production site in Denmark in Grenaa.
Your responsibilities:
- Daily leader of 6 highly skilled and passionate Quality Engineers
- Active participation in and ensuring quality requirement compliance from the customer order, through all production processes until delivery to the customer. You and your team will be responsible for the non-conformance and CAPA process. The Quality Control Manager and his team will support you here as well.
- You will take active part in and drive cross-functional business and quality process improvement projects in close corporation with the Director, Manufacturing Quality, and the Quality Manager of our factory in Lystrup.

How to succeed in this position?
- You are experienced within Quality Management Systems and within operations
- You hold a MSc or BSc in Engineering or similar relevant education
- You bring relevant experience as a people leader
- You have an out-going personality and have strong communication- and stakeholder management skills
- You are self-driven, result-oriented, and not afraid of taking a stand, always acting with a high level of integrity
- You are well-structured and able to solve complex problems without compromising quality
- You can facilitate change and challenge status quo
- You are fluent in written and spoken Danish and English
