This is what you will do

As Product Owner you will be responsible for the People & Culture "P&C" (HR) product backlog and roadmap – directions P&C systems. You are also responsible for the implementation of the Nobia Architecture framework and processes within the product area.

Other areas of responsibility / tasks:

  • Developing an agreed set of priorities
  • Ensuring relationships with Business Owners, Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts are maintained
  • Ensure that the product vision is communicated to all stakeholders
  • Develop release and upgrade plans
  • Build detailed specifications for product features and developing user stories
  • Implementation and adoption of SAFe methodology
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and understands the product market
  • Evaluating product progress throughout the relevant development stages
  • Resource management and co-ordination for the P&C product area to ensure we deliver best value to the business

You will actively engage with the wider Nobia Architecture community to help develop common shared practices around how we describe, document, and govern changes to the IT and Business landscape within a product area.

You have

  • Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner or similar role focused on HR-systems (Experience from SAP Success Factors or Workday is crucial)
  • Proven experience of agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to provide strong processes, methods, and governance
  • Use your own initiative and take full responsibility for actions
  • Have an enterprise-wide view to enable reuse by identifying commonality (holistic view)
